1967 Chevrolet Corvette – 2nd Generation
The 1967 Chevy Corvette was the last year of the 2nd generation vette’s produced by GM. That classic body shape was meant to be replaced by the C3 Corvette in 1967 but due to aero problems with the new redesigned vette, its release was pushed back. Thankfully, in this case as this classic example of the 2nd Gen 67 Chevy Corvette would never have been. Those perfect lines which are synonymous with 60s muscle cars are simply perfect.

In 1967 the most powerful engine upgrade for your 1967 Corvette was the L88. The L88 427 Big Block V8 was advertised by Chevrolet as producing 430bhp at 4600 rpm. However more accurate numbers were said to be around 560bhp at 6400 rpm. Due to upgrade cost, $1500 on op of the vettes base price of $4240.75, the L88 upgrade and necessary additional options were only sold to 20 cashed up buyers in 1967.
